Toddler Program Teachers
Teacher, Green Knights Ms. Laritza received two AA's from Pasadena City College; one in Humanities and the other in Social and Behavioral Sciences. She also holds a B.A from San Jose State University in Child and Adolescent Development with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education. She is proud to share that the last semester at SJSU she made the Dean’s List. She started working with children at 15, which is when she realized she wanted to become an early childhood educator.
Teacher, Green Knights Ms. Miya was born and raised in LA, where she graduated from Manual Arts high school in 2017. During her time there she was student council president, played volleyball, and was a water girl for her school’s football team. With a busy schedule, Ms. Miya managed to spend her weekends tutoring fellow classmates if they needed help with school work. Ms. Miya currently attends Santa Monica College working towards her BA in Early Childhood Education.
Ms. Alicia was born and raised in LA. She studied at Santa Monica College and earned her A.S Degree in Early Childhood Studies. She’s dedicated to expand her education, and she’s proud to say she also earned her teaching certificates in Early Childhood Studies, Infant and Toddler Development, as well as her Associate Teacher’s certificate. She plans on transferring to Pepperdine University to obtain her BA ND further her education in Infant and Toddler Development.
Teacher, Pink Knights Born and raised in LA, Ms. Violet is a native Angeleno. She attended Santa Barbara Community College, and continues her growth as an educator as she is currently enrolled at the UCLA Extension program. Ms. Violet returned to LA after a few years of living in Oahu where she discovered her passion for children and early childhood education. Her career as a teacher began with private school programs all over LA.
